Do you need to plan the Camino de Santiago in advance?

It is possible to start the Camino without a plan. But it is not the best way to experience it.
Accommodation can be limited, especially during peak months. Walking without a defined structure can lead to distances that are too long or poorly distributed.
Small logistical issues tend to accumulate.
Planning brings clarity.
When you know where you are sleeping, how far you are walking, and what each day looks like, the experience becomes more fluid.
You spend less time solving problems and more time actually living the journey.
Planning does not take away the spontaneity of the Camino. It creates the conditions for a better experience.
At EnjoyIberia, we take care of the route design, accommodations, and logistics, so everything flows naturally during your walk.
